These spray guns feature a so-called ratchet thread—a professional safety lock that reliably prevents tampering. After fully unscrewing, the spray gun locks securely in place and can only be removed with visible damage. Plastics such as HDPE or PP are particularly resistant to chemicals, solvents, and oils. They reliably protect the contents, are lightweight, break-proof, and easy to stack—ideal for storage, transport, and processing.
Bottles with spouts, measuring caps, or pump heads are ideal for this purpose, as they enable clean, controlled dispensing. For larger containers, canisters with drain taps or buckets with clamping ring lids are both practical and leak-proof.
Yes, more and more manufacturers are turning to packaging made from recycled plastic (e.g., rHDPE) or lightweight packaging with reduced material usage. These solutions conserve resources without compromising stability or chemical resistance.
Empty containers must be completely emptied before they are recycled or disposed of. Residues of paints, varnishes, or oils do not belong in household waste, but in hazardous waste. Small quantities can be handed in at municipal collection points. Tip: Never wash out containers—the contaminated rinse water is also considered hazardous waste.
