High Density, UV Direct Printing
The High Density-UV printing is a modern, contactless printing process. It combines the capabilities of classic screen printing and pad printing with the advantages of digital printing.
For the UV printing process, the motif/design is created on the computer and then transferred directly to the printing machine. The printing machine applies the motif onto your desired packaging using UV-curable ink, the ink resting on the respective surface. The ink is cured by ultraviolet light.
In addition to the high print quality of HighDensity UV printing, the extremely high durability of the print is another essential quality feature.
Other advantages of the UV printing process:
- Exceptional color spectrum
- Brilliant colors, even on dark surfaces
- Almost any material is suitable for UV printing
- Also possible on uneven and curved surfaces
- Scratch- and water-resistant
- Direct application of the print without carrier material, no cliché costs
- Especially environmentally friendly, as no solvents and thinners are required
