Berlin Packaging completes acquisition of Rixius GmbH

MILAN - Berlin Packaging, the world's largest Hybrid Packaging Supplier®, announced today that it has completed its acquisition of Rixius GmbH, a Germany-based supplier specializing in glass and plastic packaging, closures, and accessories in the DACH and Benelux regions. Rixius offers packaging solutions for various industries, including cosmetics, nutritional supplements, food & catering, pharmaceuticals, and technology & industry.

Founded in 1879, Rixius has evolved from a traditional packaging wholesaler to a value-added full-service supply partner offering a comprehensive range of high-quality packaging solutions, as well as a range of services such as consulting, custom packaging, packaging design (e.g., printing, labeling), framework agreements, and much more.
