Rixius AG, Rixius GmbH, Berlin Packaging Rixius GmbH – since November 2024 there have been many changes.Berlin Packaging officially confirmed the acquisition of the then Rixius AG on January 9, 2025, thereby taking an important step to expand its presence in Germany and broaden its product offering. Since the completion of the integration, a new chapter has begun for both companies, significantly strengthening their position in the German market and expanding the joint service portfolio. From the company that had meanwhile been renamed to Rixius GmbH, on December 15, 2025 the  Berlin Packaging Rixius GmbH was formed, a name that reflects the connection between international strength and proven regional expertise. In addition to the traditional location in Mannheim, Reichenbach and Pressig are now also firmly part of the new structure, which strengthens the regional footprint and brings additional competencies to the company.

Hard work, celebrated successes, and a lot of fun: 2024 was a year full of growth, development, and exciting milestones for us—and that's just the beginning!

From 23rd to 26th September our team was represented at the CMS in Berlin – one of the most important international trade fairs for cleaning, management and services. Our booth in Hall 5.2a, No. 114, provided the perfect stage to present our diverse portfolio of smart packaging solutions for the cleaning and hygiene industry. 

Monday, 22 September 2025, 9:00 AM: Our booth at Fachpack 2025 is, thanks to our diligent stand builders, almost completely set up. To bring the designed exhibition walls and furniture pieces to life, the two ready, fully loaded pallets that contain the equipment for the next three trade fair days must be unpacked.
