Strict Quality Management - Certified

For all our products and services there is only one standard: quality. We are certified to DIN EN ISO 9001 and, in the interest of our customers, work exclusively on this basis with the highest quality and fastest delivery. Our suppliers also maintain and nurture a quality management system.

We are certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. You can always download the latest version of our QM certificate here. A QM manual (customer edition) can be provided as a PDF file upon request.


We recorded our energy consumption in an inventory at the beginning of 2017 and are now working step by step to develop measures for optimization and savings.


A cleaning schedule is in place for our production facilities. We have outsourced pest control and monitoring to a professional company, which inspects our premises at regular intervals, varying depending on the current infestation. An HACCP concept is not necessary for us.


It goes without saying that our company has a suitable business continuity management system in place, both in our own interests and in the interests of our customers. This ensures that appropriate measures are taken against:

  • Data loss, IT or system audits
  • Loss of office, warehouse, and production facilities
  • Unusually high staff absenteeism
  • Loss of suppliers for raw materials, consumables, or accessories
  • Loss of liquidity. We have liability insurance with coverage of €5 million for property damage, personal injury, and environmental damage.

Safety, health, and occupational safety management has been outsourced to a specialized company that meets all requirements of the applicable legal regulations in Germany and Europe. Our production manager is an occupational safety officer.


Rixius assesses the training needs and preferences of its employees on an annual basis. Internal training courses are held on topics such as product knowledge, legal requirements, occupational safety, hygiene, and much more. This knowledge is refreshed at irregular intervals. The internal training courses are supplemented by external seminars. Employees are instructed to pass on the knowledge they have acquired to their colleagues. For this purpose, an annual training plan is drawn up, which can also be supplemented at short notice depending on the situation.


The handling and processing of complaints is designed to satisfy our customers and to develop measures to avoid mistakes in the future. Your cooperation is required for this, because only when we can identify the cause can appropriate measures be taken.


Our QM system requires us to ensure the traceability of our processes and products. This is made possible by our documentation.
